Login Procedures to your acct:
Pulsation Yoga has just switched software providers! We want you to update your login credentials. Wellness Living sent out a welcome letter on Feb 12 with a temporary password to use. If you did not receive this email: Please log into the wellness living website: https://www.wellnessliving.com/login/pulsationyoga - put in the email address you used to register at our studio, and click the "need password" button - you will be prompted with an email to reset your password. or download their free app on your phone. Its called WellnessLiving Achieve. Please keep track of your login information to avoid duplicate identities in the system.
Billing information needed
Your old billing information did NOT transfer over from our old provider. Once you follow the login procedures above, from the login screen: top menu bar or the three bar pulldown (upper rt corner of page) click “my profile”, then click “billing" (top menu). We accept as preferred method of payment: ACH, check, cash or debit card. (Credit card accepted if you have no other options, $25 min, no AMEX please)
WE ENCOURAGE ACH (an electronic payment from your checking or savings account) to keep costs down for the studio: Choose “Add ACH account” and fill out the fields and save for future purchases.
Debit/Credit card: Choose “Add a new credit card”. Thank you for choosing a Debit Card because it helps the business keep costs down. Please enter your card info and save. Want help? We can help you do this at the desk if you prefer to do this in person or by phone.
New Check in Procedures
Current pre-registered students with existing packages: use the self-check in: search for your name on the ipad and select to enter class. If you have not signed the waiver you will be prompted to do so before entering class. Please toss out your old ID tag. New students (or students who need to renew a package) please approach the desk and a staff member will assist in getting you registered.
General Package Policies
Our policies are subject to change. We have a no refund policy on all packages. Policies for our workshops are listed separately on our workshops page.
Terms of the packages, specials, 101 series:
• 101 Series classes (and workshops) are NOT included in your package and are purchased separately.
• Bounce and Yoga Class packages are purchased separately
• Packages purchased AFTER Feb 12,2018 will have a one year expiration date
• Ask a staff member to make your package "sharable" with a friend or family member. (Senior and teen packages can only be shared within same age group, Monthly Yoga passes are not sharable.
Children under 18 will need parents to create an account and accept the terms in the form. Children under the age of 12 cannot attend class unless a parent accompany them, as long as they can focus on the class.
You can pre-register for all classes in advance on our website. Pre-registration is not mandatory, but make sign in smoother. Walk-ins always welcome.
The Bounce classes will be pre-register and pre pay. We do welcome walk-ins but space is limited in these classes pre registration is highly encouraged. In the event you pre register and cant make it please email us ideally 24 hours prior to class because if the class fills we will have a wait list and would remove you from the list and not charge you, allowing someone else to attend. email to: email@example.com
The discounted Teen and Senior package have to be paid for in person to verify age.
Terms of the Monthly Yoga Class Pass:
• Limited to 1 yoga class a day, no rollovers. Packages are non-transferable, non sharable, no refunds. Good only for yoga classes. Bounce packages are sold separately.

Client Reward Program
When a colleague you refer comes in and buys a 10-pack, you will receive 100 points (worth $10 towards any merchandise in our store or toward any workshop). Note your points will expire one year from when they were posted. Please ask your friend to mention to us that you referred them so you receive your points. You will be able to access your points in your login. Points not transferrable
Let desk staff assist you in using your points for purchases.
WHAT CAN I REDEEM MY POINTS FOR?
Any item in our retail store, or toward any workshop or excursion. (Sorry, Cannot be used to purchase classes or packages)
Purchases made using reward points cannot be discounted.
