Jayendra is from the U.S. but lives in Europe, where he has been leading Anusara yoga teacher training programs for many years. Recently, he’s had the opportunity to study the yoga tradition with three outstanding scholars: Carlos Pomeda, Bill Mahony and Paul Muller-Ortega. Jay met Swami Muktananda in 1978 and has been studying and practicing Siddha Yoga meditation ever since. He’s able to share the philosophy and practices of yoga with clarity, depth, and a light good humor.
